Lodge OS
Private beta · Minnesota

One platform for a family-run resort.

Lodge OS runs the whole of a small resort — cabins, boats, campsites and ice houses — from one place. Reservations, rates, housekeeping, payments and guest mail, without a separate product for each.

Get in touch We are working with a small number of resorts while we build.

What it does

Resort software usually charges for the parts you actually need — a channel manager here, a point of sale there, reporting on the higher tier. Lodge OS is built the other way round.

Reservations

A calendar that holds every kind of rental a resort has, not just rooms. Availability, timed holds, and a per-night price breakdown you can show a guest.

Rates and seasons

Seasons that roll year to year and keep their turnover day. Length-of-stay discounts, weekend rates and per-night overrides, all priced by one calculator.

Housekeeping

Cleans generated from the bookings themselves, assigned to the people doing them, with a board that works on a phone in a cabin with no signal.

Payments

Deposits and balances taken by card or at the desk, with the money landing in the resort's own bank account. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Guest booking

A booking page guests can use themselves, showing real availability and the all-in price rather than a number that grows at checkout.

Guest messaging

Confirmations, changes, pre-arrival details and post-stay notes, sent as the resort — with a record of exactly what each guest was told.

Email from Lodge OS

Lodge OS sends email on behalf of the resorts that use it. If a message from us arrived unexpectedly, this explains why — and how to stop it.

Who we email
Guests who have made a reservation, enquiry or quote request with a resort that uses Lodge OS, and staff of those resorts. We do not buy, rent or share mailing lists, and we do not mail addresses we were not given by the guest or their resort.
What we send
Almost all of it is transactional: booking confirmations, held dates, changes and cancellations, quotes, payment links, pre-arrival details, a note after a stay, and sign-in details for resort staff.
Marketing
A resort may send its own guests occasional news. Those messages carry a working unsubscribe link and support one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058), and we will not send them at all unless that unsubscribe path is configured and working.
How to stop hearing from us
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or write to davelodgeos@gmail.com and we will remove the address. Transactional mail about a booking you actually hold will still reach you, because it is about your stay.
Bounces and complaints
Delivery failures and spam complaints are processed automatically. A permanent failure or a complaint suppresses that address in our system straight away, and it is not tried again.
How our mail is authenticated
Mail is sent from mail.lodgeos.click, signed with DKIM, with SPF on the return path and a DMARC record published.
